      As a person who was brand new to the country, Kenny helped me from day 1 of my house hunt and eventual purchase. He guided me on the ins and outs of what I needed to know as a new home owner. Right from building up credit to planning finance for the down payment on the big day. Kenny also went over and above for me, considering I didnt have a car the time, he used to ferry me around from place to place, in this way we had probably seen close to 20~30 units across multiple towns in Ontario. Not once did I feel like I was being forced into a deal or questioned as to why I didnt like a unit, if I said I didnt like it there was no questions asked and we moved on. I will also like to add that there were many units that I loved however Kenny did provide advice at the time of how much of an investment could this choice of mine turn into and lack thereof, I think I avoided some honey traps after considering his advice! At the end of all this I am now a proud home owner in the lovely town of Oakville!
